Accommodation rules and considerations

Turn off the hot/cold air conditioning when you are not in the apartment and at the end of your stay.

Log out of the TV streaming platforms before checking out.

Use the electric stove correctly and only with pots/pans suitable for ceramic hobs. Wait for it to cool down before cleaning.

At the end of your stay, take out the trash and deposit it in the street containers.

In case of a power outage, use the emergency stairs located on the ground floor.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and making loud noises between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Failure to comply will result in a fine.

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is until 10:00 a.m. Other times can be arranged at an additional cost of $50.

Lost, broken, or forgotten keys, stains on linens, or late check-outs will result in additional charges.


At the end of your stay, leave the keys in the same place where you found them.

Check-in is self-service and check-in time is from 3 p.m. (no restrictions after that) and check-out time is until 10 a.m. If you would like to check in or check out outside of these times, we can arrange it depending on availability at an extra cost.

To ensure everyone enjoys a comfortable and pleasant stay, please follow these house rules:

1. Air conditioning and electricity
Please turn off the air conditioning (cool/heat) when leaving the apartment and before check-out.

2. Streaming platforms
If you use Netflix or other streaming platforms on the TV, please remember to log out before check-out.

3. Kitchen / cooktop
Please use the cooktop properly and only with suitable pots or pans. Wait until it cools down before cleaning it.

4. Trash
At the end of your stay, please take out the trash and dispose of it in the appropriate containers.

5. Noise and neighbors
Please avoid loud noises between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of respect for the neighbors.

6. No smoking
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.

7. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in from 3:00 PM
Check-out until 10:00 AM

Different times may be arranged in advance depending on availability and may involve an additional fee.

8. Apartment keys
At the end of your stay, please leave the keys in the same place where you found them.

9. Care of the apartment
Stains on linens or towels, damage to furniture, or late check-out may result in additional charges.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Nuestro ingreso es autónomo y el horario de ingreso es desde las 3pm (luego sin restricción) y nuestro horario de salida es hasta las 10am. Si quisieras ingresar o salir fuera de estos horarios, podemos acordarlo según disponibilidad con un costo extra.

IMPORTANTE:
•⁠  ⁠Si pierdes o rompes la llave se cobrará una multa por reposición.
•⁠  ⁠⁠Si olvidas la llave dentro del departamento se cobrará un servicio de apertura (siempre y cuando no haya que llamar un cerrajero).
•⁠  ⁠⁠Si manchas las sábanas o toallas se cobrará el lavado adicional o el reemplazo de la pieza si no se pudiera recuperar.
•⁠  ⁠⁠Si fumas dentro del departamento se cobrará una multa.
•⁠  ⁠⁠El horario de salida es a las 10am (salvo que hayas contratado un late check out). Este horario debe respetarse pues el personal de limpieza depende de tu puntualidad para trabajar. La demora en la salida se cobrará como late check out. por el valor de media noche de estadía.
