CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in is self-service and check-in time is from 3 p.m. (no restrictions after that) and check-out time is until 10 a.m. If you would like to check in or check out outside of these times, we can arrange it depending on availability at an extra cost. IMPORTANT: •⁠ ⁠If you lose or break the key, you will be charged a replacement fee. •⁠ ⁠⁠If you forget the key inside the apartment, you will be charged a service fee (as long as a locksmith does not have to be called). •⁠ ⁠⁠If you stain the sheets or towels, you will be charged for additional washing or replacement of the item if it cannot be recovered. •⁠ ⁠⁠If you smoke inside the apartment, you will be charged a fine. •⁠ ⁠⁠Check-out time is 10 a.m. (unless you have booked a late check-out). This time must be respected as the cleaning staff depends on your punctuality to do their work. Late check-outs will be charged at the rate of half a night's stay. At the end of your stay, you must leave the keys in the same place where you found them.

We are available on Airbnb every day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. It is important to keep all communication within the platform to ensure transparency and support. In case of emergencies outside these hours, we will provide you with contact numbers once your reservation is confirmed.

La zona tiene excelente conectividad. A pocas cuadras se encuentran estaciones de subte de las líneas D (Agüero / Pueyrredón) y H (Las Heras). Además, circulan varias líneas de colectivo como 10, 17, 37, 41, 59, 60, 61, 62, 92, 95, 101, 110 y 124. También es fácil moverse en taxi, Uber o Cabify.
